Clemson Girl??? Yep that's me!

You might be a Clemson Girl if...you WIN this shirt!!!

A blog I follow is having a contest to win this shirt which is absolutely adorable being a Clemson girl myself.
Here is how you could win it too....

The owners of Tickled Orange in Downtown Clemson and Tiger Town Graphics have just introduced this new Top 10 Clemson Girl shirt. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Dabo's ALL IN Foundation. The shirt is available online or in either store.

Clemsongirl and the Coach is giving away one of these shirts to one of her blog readers!
Here are the rules; LEAVE A SEPARATE COMMENT ON HER BLOG FOR EACH ONE YOU DO!
1. Follow this blog via email for one entry. Box is in the top right corner.
2. "Like" Tickled Orange on Facebook for one entry.
3. Make a donation OF ANY AMOUNT to Dabo's ALL IN Foundation for 3 entries.
4. Tweet about the giveaway for one entry (I'm @clemsonjenn)

BTW...Anna's first word she ever spelled was C-L-E-M-S-O-N at 1 year old, my ringtone is Tiger Rag for when Tim calls, orange is a major color choice in ALL our wardrobes and it isn't on the list but shows what a Clemson girl I am...the kids bathroom is Clemson Orange with paw prints on the shower curtain! Oh yea...we bleed orange in this house!

Summer is almost over...

And I haven't blogged one bit of it. We have been so busy going here, there and everywhere. We have finally been home for more than five days but are anxiously awaiting Friday when we leave for our California Road Trip. The trip I have been looking forward to all summer. I'm already getting our "outfits" together, checking weather, and making lists of "Things to not forget"
Let's just say...
I AM READY!

Oh and while we were home, Wendy twisted my arm to plan a trip to Disney in October for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. (OK, maybe she didn't have to twist my arm to go...I think it was a mutual, let's just do it moment!) Now that we are all booked, the two of us and the three kids are going to have a Mickey Halloween Adventure in three months that we are ALL really looking forward to, just check out our ticker on the bottom of the page! :)

Are you ready for the summer?

Are you ready for the good times? I remember that song from somewhere...I think from the movie Meatballs.
We are so ready for school to be over and summer to start. (Well I am at least) And what would an O'Flaherty summer be without a whole list of activities and trips already planned. I know you are all dying to hear what fun we are going to have so I will share them with you.

Our summer travels start off with a weekend trip to Great Wolf Lodge in Williamburg, VA for Tim's Summer Regional Meeting.
Back home for a few days then we are off to Aiken to visit with Grammie, Papa, Matt and James who will be visiting for the week.
Then it's straight to Nanny and Poppy's house for a week of "camp" and rest and relaxation for Mommy and Daddy.
We will eventually go pick them up...the next weekend which is the 4th of July.
Then we will ALL be back home together for a WHOLE WEEK...
Then it is off to the ATL to visit with great friends for 5 days.
Then we come home again, home again, Jiggity Jig, but only for a few days.
Then the whole family is off to Myrtle Beach for a LOOONG weekend.
It's now our last week of July which we will spend at home because on Friday of that week we are off for our California Road Trip with Grammie and Papa.
San Francisco, the California Coast, DISNEYLAND, and a few National Parks will finish off our summer with a bang.
I can't wait for it to get started because it is going to go by in a blur....

We got the letter...

Kevin passed his EOG's (End of Grade Tests) with a "4" - proficient in reading in math. We will get his real scores soon.
Now it's onto 4th grade at Lincoln Academy for him. (The Accelerated Learning program for very strong needs children is housed at another school) Now maybe he won't be so bored as he will be challenged as he hasn't been challenged before. And we can only hope his love of learning will return.
Here's to hoping.

Dancing Queen

Another year, Another Dance Recital, Another time of Anna rocking it out on that big stage!
She totally shines up there, always knowing her dance and performing it with a smile on her face.
We are so proud of her!
You can check out the video from her dress rehersal and some shots from her recital night. Keep in mind that I'm a photographer, NOT a videographer!
